What is Mach12.ai?
Mach12.ai is an applied AI company founded by the partners behind Revelation Technologies (RevTech). Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Mach12 stands up AI labs inside client organizations: a standing capability that finds, builds, and ships applied AI into the business systems the company already runs.
Applied AI means AI applied to the systems that run a business day to day: ERP, CRM, HCM, PLM, service management, and the data platform underneath them. A Mach12 lab connects to those systems during stand-up, works a ranked backlog of use cases with the client's own people, and ships into production.
The model is industry neutral and function neutral. Mach12 works across manufacturing, professional services, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, high tech, retail, logistics, the public sector, and aerospace and defense, and across finance, supply chain, revenue, operations, engineering, HR, customer service, IT, and compliance. What changes between one client and the next is the vocabulary, the systems, and the regulations the lab has to respect.
Mach12 also maintains a library of applications it has already built, which client labs can deploy as a head start. Compliant hosting (FedRAMP, CMMC) is available for organizations in regulated environments.
Build the Capability, Then Hand It Over
Stand up: the lab gets built inside your boundary, with secure model access, connectors into your business systems, guardrails, and an evaluation harness. Typically live within four weeks.
Find the work: value streams mapped, use cases scored on value, feasibility, and data readiness. The output is a ranked backlog with owners, not a strategy document.
Build and ship: agents, applications, and automations built against your real systems and shipped into production with the people who use them.
Hand over: your team trained, the playbooks and platform documented and handed across, and we scale down as your capability scales up.
The head start: where one of the applications we have already built fits your problem, you start from working software instead of a blank page. The accelerators evidence the model; the lab is what we are engaged to build.

We built the first labs in government contracting, which is an unforgiving environment to drop applied AI into. In that sector, FAR and DFARS, cost accounting standards, DCAA audit exposure, earned value management, ITAR, and CMMC determine what you are permitted to build at all.
Proving the model there is why the logging, evaluation, and data boundary discipline are built into each lab we stand up now, whatever the industry. That practice still runs, and it has its own section of this site.

Mach12.ai was founded by the partners behind Revelation Technologies (RevTech), a consulting firm that has spent years serving complex, heavily regulated organizations with SAP implementations, ERP modernization, and operational transformation. As early adopters of applied AI, we saw how much faster solutions could be delivered, and we ran the experiment on ourselves before running it for anyone else.
What we found across engagement after engagement was the same: manual processes, disconnected data, reactive compliance, and reporting that ran a step behind.
